摘　　要：研究生招生是研究生教育的桥头堡,研究生生源质量保障体系的构建关乎研究生教育质量、学科建设与发展、国家创新能力与科技发展。文章从生源基础素质与创新能力、生源数量与结构、招生科学性等方面分析了当前研究生生源质量面临的挑战,面向新质生产力,提出了组织制度、招生宣传、考核战略性、队伍建设、监督反馈等建设路径,以构建研究生生源质量保障体系。Graduate enrollment is the cornerstone of graduate education,and the construction of a quality assurance system for graduate student sources is related to the quality of graduate education,discipline construction and development,national innovation capability,and technological development.The article analyzes the challenges faced by the current quality of graduate student sources from the aspects of basic quality and innovation ability,quantity and structure of student sources,and scientificity of enrollment.Facing the new quality productivity,it proposes construction paths such as organizational system,enrollment publicity,assessment strategy,team building,and supervision feedback to build a quality assurance system for graduate student sources.
