摘　　要：刑法学课程的有效教学对法律人才培养至关重要,案例研讨式教学作为一种重要的教学方式应用渐广,但在实践中存在诸多问题。文章深入剖析了该教学方式在刑法学课程教学中应用的现状,指出案例选择、教学组织、学生参与方面的不足,进而从优化案例选择、改进教学组织形式、营造积极氛围激发学生参与等维度提出针对性策略,旨在提升案例研讨式教学在刑法学课程中的教学效果,助力培养高质量法律专业人才。The effective teaching of criminal law courses is crucial for the cultivation of legal talents.Case-based seminar teaching,as an important teaching method,is gradually being applied,but there are many problems in practice.The article deeply analyzes the current situation of the application of this teaching method in the teaching of criminal law courses,points out the shortcomings in case selection,teaching organization,and student participation,and then proposes targeted strategies from the dimensions of optimizing case selection,improving teaching organization forms,and creating a positive atmosphere to stimulate student participation,aiming to improve the teaching effectiveness of case-based seminar teaching in criminal law courses and help cultivate high-quality legal professionals.
