摘　　要：大学生社会实践在实现高校人才培养目标、促进高校教育发展、促使大学生全面健康成长及整合社会教育资源等方面具有重要作用,建立大学生社会实践长效机制意义重大。文章分析了大学生社会实践长效机制构建的意义、现状及存在问题,着重从优化组织管理机制、加强实践资源保障、完善学生参与激励与效果评估机制等方面提出针对性对策,旨在推动大学生社会实践长效机制的科学构建,提升社会实践的育人成效,促进高等教育与社会发展的良性互动。College students'social practice plays a crucial role in achieving the talent-cultivation goals of colleges and universities,promoting the development of higher education,facilitating the comprehensive and healthy growth of college students,and integrating social education resources.Establishing a long-term mechanism for college students'social practice is of great significance.This paper analyzes the significance,current situation,and existing problems in the construction of the long-term mechanism for college students'social practice.It focuses on putting forward targeted countermeasures in aspects such as optimizing the organizational management mechanism,strengthening the guarantee of practical resources,and improving the incentive mechanism for students'participation and the effect evaluation mechanism.The aim is to promote the scientific construction of the long-term mechanism for college students'social practice,enhance the educational effectiveness of social practice,and promote the positive interaction between higher education and social development.
