摘 要:目的:探讨基于雨课堂的LBL联合CBL教学方法在临床医学本科专业医学影像学理论课堂中的教学效果。方法:采用实验对照方法,选择桂林医学院2019级临床医学本科专业7―10班共258名学生,7―8班133名学生为A组,9―10班125名学生为B组,A组采用传统的多媒体讲授式教学方法(LBL),B组采用基于“雨课堂”教学工具的LBL联合CBL教学方法。使用SPSS 22.0统计软件分析数据,考试分数采用t检验,问卷调查分数采用秩和检验。结果:A组学生平均成绩为(77.7±5.2)分,B组学生平均成绩为(84.6±5.6)分,两组成绩差异有统计学意义(t=5.252,P<0.05);A、B两组学生评出的教学效果均为满意,A组平均值为4.03分,B组平均值为4.50分,经秩和检验两组分数差异有统计学意义(z=2.896,P<0.05)。结论:在临床医学本科的医学影像学理论课程中,利用雨课堂教学工具,在课时数量不增加的情况下,实现了LBL和CBL的联合,取得了较好的教学效果。Objective:To explore the teaching effects of LBL combined with CBL teaching method in medical imaging based on rain classroom.Methods:A total of 258 students from Class 7-10,133 from class 7-8 were selected as group A and 125 from class 9-10 were selected as group B.Group A adopted the traditional multimedia teaching method(LBL).Group B adopted the teaching method LBL combined with CBL based on the"rain classroom".SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data.T test was used for test scores and Rank sum test was used for questionnaire scores.Results:The average scores of group A was(77.7±5.2),and that of group B was(84.6±5.6),and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(t=5.252,P<0.05).The students in group A and group B rated the teaching effect as satisfactory.The average score of group A was 4.03,and the average score of group B was 4.50.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(z=2.896,P<0.05).Conclusion:In the theoretical courses of medical imaging for undergraduate students of clinical medicine,the combination of LBL and CBL is realized by using rain classroom teaching tool without increasing the number of class hours,and good teaching effect is achieved.
