摘　　要：教育数字化背景下,经济管理国家级实验教学示范中心(湖北经济学院)针对技术队伍与教学队伍协同发展进行了深入探索与实践。结果表明,实验队伍“技教并重、两翼齐飞”协同发展模式是提升实验教学质量和培养高素质人才的关键。该模式通过五个路径及其具体措施实现协同发展:统思想、善制度、强人才、优环境、增动能。这些措施有助于实现实验师资队伍个人与团队的共同成长,为实验教学示范中心的可持续发展提供坚实的思想基础和人才保障。Against the backdrop of current educational digitalization,the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center for Economics and Management(Hubei University of Economics)has conducted in-depth exploration and practice on the collaborative development of technical and teaching teams.The results show that the collaborative development model of the experimental team,which emphasizes both technology and teaching,is the key to improving the quality of experimental teaching and cultivating high-quality talents.This model achieves collaborative development through five paths and specific measures:unifying thoughts,improving systems,strengthening talents,optimizing the environment,and increasing momentum.These measures contribute to the common growth of individual experimental teaching staff and the team,providing a solid ideological foundation and talent guarantee for the sustainable development of the experimental teaching demonstration center.
