摘 要:随着石油化工行业加速转型升级,石化领域的重型压力容器制造也亟需加快向数字化、智能化、绿色化发展。本文立足石化领域重型压力容器焊接数字化车间建设研究,从背景和现状出发,分析了当前数字化车间建设面临的难题和需求,构建了适用于重型压力容器焊接数字化车间建设的体系架构,并以兰石重装为典型案例,探索出工业物联网、人工智能等新一代信息技术在重型压力容器行业焊接过程中融合创新与实践应用的有效路径,对提升本行业的数字化转型具有重要借鉴意义。With the accelerated transformation and upgrading of the heavy equipment manufacturing industry,the level of digitization continues to improve,and the heavy pressure vessel industry urgently needs to accelerate its development towards digitization,intelligence,and greenness.This article is based on the research on the construction of digital workshops for heavy pressure vessel welding.Starting from the industry background and current situation,it analyzes the difficulties and needs faced by the construction of digital workshops in the industry,constructs a system architecture suitable for the construction of digital workshops for heavy pressure vessel welding,and takes LS Heavy Equipment as a typical case to explore effective paths for the integration,innovation,and practical application of new generation information technologies such as Industrial Internet of Things and artificial intelligence in the welding process of the heavy pressure vessel industry,which has important reference significance for improving the digital transformation of this industry.
