摘  要:建立因子分析模型对产品选款的优先级进行测度,从“多多参谋”商品排行榜上抽取2021年单月书架销量排名前120位产品,根据价格、产品销售状况、上榜时长、店铺评价四个维度,选取8个指标进行处理数据分析.利用箱线图对产品销售数据进行了异常值检验,然后建立基于因子分析的产品综合评价模型.采用主成分法对载荷矩阵进行估计、最大方差旋转法进行因子旋转,同时利用回归估计法对因子得分进行测算,建立产品综合评价得分模型,进行优先级排序,再结合生命周期,应用灰色预测模型,给出销量预测,可以为线上店铺提供一定参考.In this paper,a factor analysis model is established to measure the priority of product selection.The top 120 bookshelf sales in a single month in 2021 are selected from the"Duoduo staff" commodity ranking list.According to the four dimensions of price,product sales status,listing time and store evaluation,eight indicators are selected for data processing and data analysis.The outliers of product sales data are tested by box graph.Then,the product comprehensive evaluation model based on factor analysis is established.The principal component method is used to estimate the load matrix and the maximum variance rotation method is used to rotate the factor.At the same time,the regression estimation method is used to calculate the factor scores and establish the product comprehensive evaluation score model,and finally to provide a model reference for online stores.
