摘  要:目的 研究干预血浆冲洗方法对全自动血液成分分离机制备悬浮红细胞容量的影响。方法 在2022年5月至2023年5月,采用随机数字表法,将江门市中心血站3 895例需要选择二次全血程序制备而成的悬浮红细胞容量设对照组(1.0 U为1 337例,1.5 U为335例,2 U为658例)和试验组(1.0 U为879例,1.5 U为183例,2.0 U为405例)。对照组使用非干预血浆冲管法制备悬浮红细胞;试验组采用干预血浆冲管法制备悬浮红细胞。收集数据资料,比较两组悬浮红细胞重量、容量。结果 试验组制备悬浮红细胞的重量、容量均高于对照组(均P <0.05)。试验组1.0 U、1.5 U规格悬浮红细胞的重量、容量均高于第5组(均P <0.05),两组2.0 U规格悬浮红细胞的重量、容量对比差异无统计学意义(均P> 0.05)。结论 干预血浆冲洗法显著提高了全自动血液成分分离机制备悬浮红细胞的容量,为优化悬浮红细胞制备具体操作规程提供了有效途径。Objective To study the effect of intervention plasma flushing on the volume of suspended erythrocytes by automatic blood fractionation mechanism.Methods From May 2022 to May 2023,3895 cases of suspended red blood cells prepared from the second whole blood procedure in Jiangmen Central Blood Station were divided into the control group(1.0 U was 1337 cases,1.5 U was 335 cases,and 2 U was 658 cases)and the experimental group(1.0 U was 879 cases,1.5 U was 183 cases,and 2.0 U was 405 cases).In the control group,suspension red blood cells were prepared using the non-intervention plasma flushing method;In the experimental group,the suspension red blood cells were prepared by the intervention plasma flushing method.Data were collected and the weight and volume of suspended erythrocytes were compared between the two groups.Results The weight and capacity of the suspended erythrocytes in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The weight and volume of 1.0 U and 1.5 U suspension erythrocytes in the experimental group were higher than those in the 5th group(all P<0.05),and there was no significant comparison in the weight and volume of 2.0 U suspension erythrocytes between the two groups(both P>0.05).Conclusions The intervention plasma irrigation method significantly improves the capacity of the automatic blood component apheresis mechanism to prepare suspended erythrocytes,which provides an effective way to optimize the specific operation procedures for the preparation of suspended erythrocytes.
