摘  要:目的分析不同部位行有创动脉血压监测时,对危重症新生儿的应用效果。方法选择银川市第一人民医院新生儿科2021年12月至2022年11月收治的155例危重症患儿为研究对象,并根据不同穿刺部位进行分组,即为A组(足背动脉)53例、B组(胫后动脉)47例、C组(桡动脉)55例,并对导管留置时间的长短、首次穿刺成功率及导管留置期间并发症发生率进行比较。结果B组在导管留置时间长于A组与C组,首次穿刺成功率等方面高于A组、C组,且并发症发生率要低于A组和C组(P<0.05)。结论胫后动脉在动脉留置操作方面更为简单,并可延长留置时间,与足背动脉、桡动脉相比成功率较高,有助于减轻医护人员工作强度,并提高抢救成功率。Objective To analyze the application effect of invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring at different sites in critically ill neonates.Methods A total of 155 critically ill children admitted to the Neonatology Department of Neonatology,First People’s Hospital of Yinchuan from December 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study objects,and divided into groups according to different puncture sites,namely 53 cases in group A(dorsal foot artery),47 cases in group B(posterior tibial artery),and 55 cases in group C(radial artery).The length of catheter indwelling time,the success rate of first puncture and the incidence of complications during catheter indwelling were compared.Results The catheter retention time in group B was longer than that in groups A and C,the success rate of first puncture was higher than that in groups A and C,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in groups A and C(P<0.05).Conclusions The posterior tibial artery is simpler in arterial catheterization and can extend the catheterization time.Compared with the dorsalis pedis artery and the radial artery,it has a higher success rate,which helps to reduce the workload of medical staff and improve the success rate of resuscitation.
