孙银娣教授“四元平衡”学术思想及其在骨伤科疾病中的应用

摘　　要：“四元平衡”学术思想是孙银娣教授在三十余载临床诊治骨伤科疾病工作中总结提出的,充分体现了中医的“整体观”,从“阴阳”“气血”“筋骨”“动静”四个方面判断疾病中人体失衡因素,运用于骨伤科疾病的诊、治、防,临床疗效显著。作为孙银娣教授学术经验继承人,在临床跟师学习工作中对孙银娣教授“四元平衡”学术思想在骨伤科疾病中的应用进行观察,并总结其在辨病、治病、防病中的应用规律、操作方法以及防病思路,同时以神经根型颈椎病为例进行应用展示,希望可以构建以“四元平衡”为基础的骨伤科疾病辨证论治理论体系与方法体系,发展“四元平衡”骨科特色诊疗,希望为推动中医学术流派传承做出贡献。The academic thought of“four-element balance”was summarized and put forward by Professor Sun Yindi in more than thirty years of clinical diagnosis and treatment of orthopedic and traumatic diseases,which fully reflected the“holistic view”of traditional Chinese medicine.It was applied to the diagnosis,treatment and prevention of orthopedic and traumatic diseases by judging the imbalance factors of human body from the four aspects of“yin and yang”“qi activity”“muscle and bone”and“dynamic and static”.As the inheritor of Professor Sun Yindi’s academic experience,he observed the application of Professor Sun Yindi’s academic thought of“quadrant balance”in orthopedics and traumatology,summarized its application rules,operation methods and disease prevention ideas in disease differentiation,treatment and prevention,and demonstrated the application with nerve root cervical spondylosis as an example,hoping to construct the theoretical system and method system of syndrome differentiation and treatment of orthopedic and traumatic diseases based on“quadratic balance”and develop the characteristic diagnosis and treatment of orthopedics with“quadrant balance”.Hope to contribute to the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine.
