沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗高血压的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探究在高血压患者治疗中应用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片的临床价值。方法 抽取2023年1月至2024年8月济南市第三人民医院收治的老年高血压患者,总计94例为本次研究对象,采用随机数字表法进行分组,小组分别命名为对照组与试验组,对照组共纳入患者47例,接受口服硝苯地平控释片治疗方案;试验组共纳入患者47例,在口服硝苯地平控释片治疗的同时联合服用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗。对比两组治疗前后血压(收缩压、舒张压)水平变化、细胞因子(白细胞介素4、白细胞介素6和肿瘤坏死因子α)水平变化、生活质量评分[简明生活质量健康调查表(SF-36)]、临床疗效以及不良反应发生情况。结果 干预后,试验组的血压水平、细胞因子水平均低于对照组,生活质量评分及治疗有效率均高于对照组(均P <0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率(8.51%)与对照组(12.77%)对比,P> 0.05。结论 在老年高血压患者临床治疗中运用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗,可有效调节患者细胞因子水平,帮助其平稳降低血压,进而改善患者躯体功能、社会功能等生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical value of sackubactril valsartan sodium tablets in the treatment of hypertensive patients.Methods A total of 94 elderly hypertensive patients admitted to Ji’nan Third People’s Hospital from January 2023 to August 2024 were selected as the subjects of this study,using the random number table method for grouping.The groups were respectively named control group and experimental group.A total of 47 patients in the control group were included and received oral nifedipine controlled release tablets.A total of 47 patients were included in the experimental group,which was treated with nifedipine controlled-release tablets combined with sacubactril valsartan sodium tablets.Changes in blood pressure(systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure)levels,changes in cytokine(interleukin 4,interleukin 6,and tumour necrosis factor alpha)levels,quality of life scores(36-item short form survey),clinical efficacy,and the incidence of adverse effects were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After the intervention,the blood pressure level and cytokine level of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the quality of life score and treatment efficiency were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group(8.51%)and that in the control group(12.77%)(P>0.05).Conclusions The therapeutic effect of sacubactril valsartan sodium tablets in the clinical treatment of elderly patients with hypertension,it can effectively regulate the cytokine level of patients,help them steadily reduce blood pressure,and then improve the quality of life of patients with physical function and social function.
