达格列净联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征患者血尿酸及血脂代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨达格列净与二甲双胍联合对治疗2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征患者血尿酸及血脂代谢的影响。方法 抽取2023年3月至2024年3月南京市栖霞区栖霞社区卫生服务中心慢病管理系统中2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征患者42例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,随机数表法分为两组,各21例,对照组患者口服盐酸二甲双胍片,观察组患者在对照组的基础上增加使用达格列净片。观察两组治疗前后血尿酸、血脂(血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯)及血糖(空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖)变化差异,并统计不良反应发生率。结果 与治疗后对照组相比,观察组血尿酸、血脂、血糖水平均更低(均P <0.05);但两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(9.52%vs. 9.52%)(P> 0.05)。结论 针对2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征患者,达格列净联合二甲双胍治疗对其血尿酸代谢、血糖、血脂有很好的改善作用,且安全性高。Objective To explore the effects of dapagliflozin combined with metformin on serum uric acid and lipid metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and metabolic syndrome,providing a scientific basis for clinical treatment.Methods A total of 42 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with metabolic syndrome in the chronic disease management system of Qixia Community Health Service Center,Qixia District,Nanjing from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected for retrospective analysis.Random number table method was divided into two groups of 21 cases each.The alterations in serum uric acid levels,lipid profile(high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,including total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,triglycerides)and blood glucose levels(fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,and blood glucose 2 h after meals)between the two groups before and after treatment were observed,and the incidence of adverse reactions was statistically counted.Results Compared with the control group after treatment,the levels of blood uric acid,blood lipid and blood glucose in the observation group were lower(all P<0.05).But there was no difference in the rate of adverse reaction between the two groups(9.52%vs.9.52%)(P>0.05).Conclusions Dapagliflozin combined with metformin improves glucose,lipid,and uric acid metabolism in patients with T2DM and metabolic syndrome,and it has high safety.
