氟康唑+克霉唑阴道片治疗单纯性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的疗效

摘　　要：目的探究在单纯性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者的治疗中展开克霉唑阴道片干预的临床疗效。方法本研究72例单纯性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者均于2023年1月至2023年12月选自晋江市金井中心卫生院,以随机数字表法分为对照组(36例,硝夫太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗)和观察组(36例,氟康唑+克霉唑阴道片治疗)。比较两组患者阴道菌群培养结果、临床症状改善情况、炎症因子水平。结果治疗后,观察组葡萄球菌活菌、酵母杆菌活菌、肠杆菌活菌计数均低于对照组,乳酸杆菌活菌计数高于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组阴道疼痛感、阴道瘙痒、阴道分泌物情况、黏膜充血性水肿评分,以及白细胞介素8、白细胞介素6、C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子α炎症因子水平均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论将克霉唑阴道片联合氟康唑应用到单纯性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者的治疗中,便于改善阴道菌群培养结果,缓解临床症状,抑制炎症因子水平。Objective Exploring the clinical efficacy of clotrimazole vaginal tablets intervention in the treatment of patients with simple vulvovaginal candidiasis.Methods In this study,72 patients with simple vulvovaginal pseudomycosis were selected from Jinjiang Jinjing Central Health Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023,and were divided into the control group(36 cases,treated with nitrofurantel systemic penicillin vaginal soft capsule)and the observation group(36 cases,treated with fluconazole+clotrimazole vaginal tablets)with the method of randomised numerical table.Comparison of the two groups of patients vaginal flora culture results,clinical symptoms improvement,inflammatory factor levels.Results After treatment,the counts of staphylococcus vivax,yeast vivax,and enterobacteria vivax in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the counts of lactobacillus vivax were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the vaginal pain sensation,vaginal itching,vaginal secretion condition,mucosal congestive oedema score,and the levels of interleukin 8,interleukin 6,C-reactive protein,and tumour necrosis factor alpha inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of clotrimazole vaginal tablets and fluconazole in the treatment of patients with simple vulvovaginal candidiasis is beneficial for improving vaginal microbiota culture results,alleviating clinical symptoms,and inhibiting inflammatory cytokine levels.
