微量泵入硝酸甘油对急性心肌梗死患者治疗效果的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探究微量泵入硝酸甘油在急性心肌梗死患者治疗中的临床有效性及其对患者血清学指标和不良反应的影响。方法 选取辽阳市中心医院心内科在2023年2月到2024年5月收治的急性心肌梗死患者进行研究合计病例数90例。根据系统双盲法分组,对照组45例接受阿司匹林+瑞舒伐他汀治疗,观察组45例接受微量泵入硝酸甘油治疗。根据治疗结果、血清学指标、不良反应三项指标评估比较两组治疗情况。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率93.33%高于对照组77.78%(P <0.05);药物治疗后,白细胞介素8、C反应蛋白、血管性血友病因子水平比较,观察组低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组药物不良反应发生率与对照组相比更低(P <0.05)。结论 急性心肌梗死患者临床多种治疗方案中,微量泵入硝酸甘油药物会优化机体血清学指标,提高临床治疗有效性,不会增加患者用药不良反应,确保患者用药安全。Objective Exploring the clinical efficacy of micro pumping nitroglycerin in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction patients and its impact on patient serological indicators and adverse reactions.Methods A total of 90 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to the cardiology department of Liaoyang Central Hospital from February 2023 to May 2024 were selected for the study.According to the double-blind method of the system,45 cases in the control group received aspirin+rosuvastatin treatment,while 45 cases in the observation group received micro pumping nitroglycerin treatment.Evaluate and compare the treatment outcomes,serological indicators,and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 93.33%higher than that of control group 77.78%(P<0.05).After drug treatment,the levels of interleukin-8,C-reactive protein and von Willebrand factor in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Among various clinical treatment options for patients with acute myocardial infarction,micro pumping nitroglycerin drugs can optimize the body’s serological indicators,improve clinical treatment effectiveness,and not increase adverse drug reactions,ensuring patient medication safety.
