临床微生物检验在感染患者中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的研究临床微生物检验在感染患者中的应用效果。方法选取福建省福能集团总医院于2020年1月至2021年12月收治的感染患者60例,按随机数字表法分组,对照组(30例)和观察组(30例),对照组采用临床经验治疗,观察组采用临床微生物检验方式,对比两组患者用药合理率、感染控制率、护理满意度、临床治疗指标及炎症因子水平。结果不合理用药率方面,观察组仅有3.33%,低于对照组的23.33%(P<0.05)。在感染控制率和患者满意度统计中,观察组分别达到了86.67%和100%,均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组各项临床指标,以及炎症因子水平表现均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床微生物检验在感染患者中的应用效果优于临床经验治疗,提升合理用药率,提高感染控制率和患者满意度,缩短抗菌药物治疗时间与住院时间,从而降低患者经济压力。Objective To study the effect of clinical microbiological test in infected patients.Methods A total of 60 infected patients admitted to Fujian Funeng Group General Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received clinical experience treatment,and the observation group received clinical microbiological test.The rational rate of medication,infection control rate,nursing satisfaction,clinical therapeutic indexes and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results In terms of irrational drug use rate,the observation group only had 3.33%,which was much lower than the 23.33%in control group(P<0.05).In terms of infection control rate and patient satisfaction statistics,the observation group achieved 86.67%and 100%respectively,showing higher than the control group(P<0.05).The clinical indicators and levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were better compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application effect of clinical microbiological test in infected patients is better than that of clinical empirical treatment,which can reduce the rate of irrational drug use,improve the infection control rate,improve patient satisfaction,shorten the duration of antibiotic treatment and hospital stay,and thus reduce the economic pressure of patients.
