厦门市某镇中小学生的身体健康状况及发展趋势调查分析

摘　　要：目的 分析厦门市同安区五显镇中小学生的身体健康状况及发展趋势调查;方法 回顾性分析2023年1—12月厦门市同安区五显镇部分中小学生11 951名,其中男生6 375名,女生5 576名;对中小学视力低下、肥胖、龋齿、营养不良、超重、消瘦、血压偏高进行统计,并对学生抑郁、恐惧倾向、冲动倾向、情绪不良情况进行抽查。结果 女生视力低下、肥胖、龋齿、消瘦发生率均高于男生(均P <0.05);高中视力低下发生率高于初中、小学,肥胖、龋齿、消瘦发生率低于初中、小学(均P <0.05)。女生恐惧倾向、冲动倾向及情绪不良发生率均高于男生(均P <0.05)。结论 应针对性对中小学的女生进行肥胖、视力低下、龋齿、消瘦、恐惧、冲动倾向及情绪不良的教育,同时为高中生提供适当的视力保护,对于小学生与初中生加强健康饮食和口腔保健措施。Objective To analyze the physical health status and development trend of primary and secondary school students in Wuxian Town,Tongan District,Xiamen City.Methods Retrospective analysis of 11951 primary and secondary school students,including 6375 boys and 5576 girls,from January 2023 to December 2023 in Wuxian Town,Tong’an District,Xiamen City,China;statistics on low vision,obesity,dental caries,malnutrition,overweight,emaciation,and high blood pressure in primary and secondary schools,as well as sampling of depression,fearful tendency,impulsive tendency,and poor mood in students.Results The prevalence of low vision,obesity,dental caries,and wasting was higher in girls than in boys(all P<0.05),the prevalence of low vision was higher in high school than in junior high school and primary school,and the prevalence of obesity,dental caries,and wasting was lower than in junior high school and primary school(all P<0.05).The incidence of fearful tendency,impulsive tendency and emotional malaise was higher in girls than in boys(all P<0.05).Conclusions Targeted education on obesity,low vision,dental caries,wasting,fear,impulsive tendencies and poor mood for girls in primary and secondary schools,as well as appropriate vision protection for high school students,and healthy dietary and oral health measures for primary and lower secondary school students.
