青龙摆尾针刺法为主治疗颈源性头痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察枕项部青龙摆尾针刺法为主治疗颈源性头痛(CEH)的临床疗效。方法 选取2023年9月至2024年9月来自甘肃省中医院的67例CEH患者,按照随机数字表法分为青龙摆尾针刺组33例(脑户透风府,玉枕透天柱、脑空透风池,得气后分别行青龙摆尾针刺法,余穴位操作同平补平泻针刺组)和平补平泻针刺组34例(单纯常规针刺)。比较两组治疗前后头痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、每日头痛指数及颈椎功能活动度(ROM)评分,并评定两组治疗后的临床疗效。结果 治疗后,青龙摆尾针刺组头痛VAS评分、每日头痛指数、ROM评分均低于平补平泻针刺组,治疗总有效率高于平补平泻针刺组(均P <0.05)。结论 运用青龙摆尾针刺法为主治疗CEH疗效确切,可显著改善患者头痛症状及颈椎活动度。Objective To observe the clinical effect of treating cervicogenic headache(CEH)with the Qing-long twisting acupuncture in the occital region.Methods Sixty-seven patients with CEH from Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected from September 2023 to September 2024,and were divided into 33 cases in Qinglongpangwei acupuncture group according to the method of randomised numerical table(cerebroventricular canal through Fengfu,yucca through Tianzhu,cerebral space through Fengchi,and the Qinglongpangwei acupuncture was performed respectively after obtaining the qi,and the remaining acupoints were the same as that of flat tonicity and flat diarrhoea acupuncture group),and 34 cases in Ping-bu Ping-xie acupuncture group(simple conventional acupuncture).To compare the headache visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,daily headache index and cervical spine functional mobility(ROM)scores of the two groups before and after treatment,and to assess the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,the headache VAS score,daily headache index and cervical ROM score of the Qinglong tail swing acupuncture group were lower than those of the Pingbuping acupuncture group,and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the Pingbuping acupuncture group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The Qing-long twisting acupuncture is significant efficacy in treating CEH,notably improving the patient’s headache symptoms and cervical spine range of motion.
