摘　　要：目的 探究肛瘘术后患者感染预防与伤口清洁护理流程优化后的效果。方法 选择福清市三山镇中心卫生院2023年3月至2024年3月纳入的肛瘘术患者65例,根据护理方式的不同,将研究对象分为对照组(33例)和观察组(32例)两组。其中,对照组患者进行常规护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上实施感染预防与伤口清洁护理流程优化模式。利用抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表依次评估患者抑郁、焦虑的改善情况,同时使用36条简明健康状况调查表比较两组患者生活质量,使用护理工作满意度量表评价两组患者对护理的满意度等。结果 相较于对照组,观察组抑郁、焦虑情绪评分更低,护理满意度以及生活质量评分更高(均P <0.05)。结论 护理流程优化后,能够帮助患者消除负面情绪,提升感染预防与伤口清洁效果,提高患者的术后护理满意度,提高了生活质量。Objective Exploring the effectiveness of infection prevention and wound cleaning care process optimization in patients after anal fistula surgery.Methods Sixty-five patients who underwent anal fistula surgery at Sanshan Town Central Health Center in Fuqing City from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected.The study subjects were divided into two groups,the control group(33 cases)and the observation group(32 cases),according to the different ways of nursing care.Among them,the control group patients received routine nursing care,while the observation group patients implemented infection prevention and wound cleaning process optimization nursing mode on the basis of the control group.The improvement of patients’depression and anxiety was assessed sequentially using the Self-assessment Scale for Depression and self-assessment scale for anxiety,while the quality of life of patients in the two groups was compared using the medical outcomes study short-form 36,and the satisfaction of patients with nursing care was evaluated using the Nursing Care Work Satisfaction Scale in the two groups,among other things.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower depression and anxiety scores and higher satisfaction with care as well as quality of life scores(all P<0.05).Conclusions After optimizing the nursing process,it can help patients eliminate negative emotions,improve infection prevention and wound cleaning effectiveness,increase patients’postoperative nursing satisfaction,and improve their quality of life.
