伴鼾症患者全身麻醉术后麻醉复苏期间的观察及综合护理价值探究

摘　　要：目的 观察伴鼾症患者全身麻醉手术后麻醉恢复期病情观察和综合护理对策。方法 以福建医科大学附属第一医院2022年8月至2023年7月200例伴鼾症全身麻醉手术患者开展研究,使用双色球法均分为两组,观察组100例实施麻醉复苏期间综合护理,对照组100例实施麻醉复苏期间常规护理,对比两组护理满意度、并发症发生率。结果 观察组护理满意度比对照组高(P <0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 观察全身麻醉手术伴鼾症患者术后的麻醉恢复情况,并采取综合护理,可以降低并发症,提高护理满意度。Objective To observe the condition of patients with snoring during the recovery period after general anesthesia surgery and provide comprehensive nursing strategies.Methods A total of 200 patients undergoing general anesthesia with snoring in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from August 2022 to July 2023 were divided into two groups using the two-color ball method.100 patients in the observation group received comprehensive nursing during anesthesia resuscitation,and 100 patients in the control group received routine nursing during anesthesia resuscitation.The nursing satisfaction and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results Nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions To observe the anesthesia recovery of patients with snoring after general anesthesia operation and take comprehensive nursing care can reduce complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
