摘　　要：图书馆亟需提升应对危机的能力,应对危机离不开应急情报的支持,借助多主体参与的应急管理力量,探索安全、高效的应急情报供应路径。结合图书馆应急管理过程的情报需求,基于区块链,解构图书馆应急联盟情报体系。文章探讨了多主体参与的图书馆应急联盟组织结构,构建了图书馆应急联盟情报体系,分析了应急情报体系的运行过程。This article explores safe and efficient emergency intelligence supply paths by leveraging multi-agent participation in emergency management.Combining the intelligence needs of the library emergency management process and based on blockchain technology,it deconstructs the emergency intelligence system for library consortia.The article discusses the organizational structure of library consortia emergency alliances with multi-agent participation,constructs the emergency intelligence system for library consortia,and analyzes the operational process of the emergency intelligence system.
