近现代津市废弃工业建筑价值及再利用研究

摘　　要：本研究针对津市废弃工业建筑价值与再利用问题,以津市近现代废弃工业建筑为研究对象,采用实地调研和综合归纳法,从工业发展史、建筑特征、建筑价值等角度,分析津市废弃工业建筑现状,总结津市废弃工业建筑的价值,探讨其改造利用方式、途径。研究对阐明废弃工业建筑价值、激发工业建筑活力具有重要意义,能够为后续同类型城市工业建筑改造再利用提供思路。In view of the value and reuse of abandoned industrial buildings in Jinshi City,this paper takes the modern abandoned industrial buildings in Jinshi City as the research object,adopts the field investigation and comprehensive induction method,analyzes the current situation of abandoned industrial buildings in Jinshi City from the perspectives of industrial construction history,architectural characteristics and architectural value,etc.,summarizes the value of abandoned industrial buildings in Jinshi City,and then discusses the ways and means for their transformation and utilization.The research is of great significance for clarifying the value of abandoned industrial buildings and stimulating the vitality of industrial buildings,and provides ideas for the subsequent transformation and reuse of industrial buildings of the same type.
