基于绿色建筑理念的炼油厂区遗存改造策略研究——以杭州炼油厂为例

摘　　要：工业遗存再利用需求的增加,使绿色建筑理念在提升环境效益和资源利用方面的潜力逐渐显现。文章围绕绿色建筑理念在炼油厂区遗存改造中的应用展开,通过分析其在遗存改造中的理论基础,并结合炼油厂区遗存的现状问题,提出了基于绿色建筑理念的改造策略,包括空间重构优化,能源系统技术更新,材料保护与再利用,文化价值、商业价值、艺术价值的彰显等设计方法,以实现工业遗存的可持续更新。The increasing demand for the reuse of industrial heritage has gradually highlighted the potential of green building concepts in improving environmental benefits and resource utilization.This paper focuses on the application of green building concept in the renovation of refinery sites.By analyzing the theoretical basis of green building concept in heritage renovation and combining with the problems of refinery sites,a renovation strategy based on green building concept is proposed,including spatial reconstruction optimization,energy system renewal,material protection and reuse,and the highlighting of the cultural value,commercial value and artistic value,and other design methods.It aims to achieve the sustainable renewal of industrial heritage.
