基于真实性角度的历史街区更新研究——以青州古城片区为例

摘　　要：国内历史街区更新过程中往往有着“千城一律”与历史街区真实性缺失的问题。青州古城片区的更新改造,是我国历史街区更新的一个样板,具有普适性和典型性。文章从真实性角度出发对片区进行探讨与分析,主要从功能真实性、生活真实性、建构(工艺)真实性、旅游真实性四个方面对其进行评价。青州古城片区更新实践的评价旨在更高效地帮助全国各地的历史街区进行可持续发展与更新。In the process of renewing historical blocks in China,there are often issues of“uniformity in a thousand cities”and a lack of authenticity in historical blocks.The renovation and renewal of Qingzhou Ancient City area is a model for the renewal of historical blocks in China with universality and typicality.This paper explores and analyzes the area from the perspective of authenticity principles,and then evaluates from four aspects of functional authenticity,life authenticity,craftsmanship authenticity,and tourism authenticity.Through the evaluation on the renewal practice of Qingzhou ancient city,the paper aims to effectively promote the sustainable development and renewal of historical blocks all over the country.
