摘 要:在全球气候变暖的背景下,极端高温事件频发,尤其是在受到城市热岛效应影响的地区,人口密集区域面临着更为严重的高温挑战。为了增强这些地区的抗高温能力,文章以广州市珠江新城为例,深入探究高温热浪条件下高温风险识别与评估的有效策略。首先,总结并对比分析不同地区城市所遭遇的高温特性及差异,深入探讨塑造高温风险空间分布格局的环境因素和作用机制;其次,为构建高温风险评估模型及识别核心指标,采用ArcGIS与熵权法等技术,针对珠江新城的气象状况、人口密集度、地面特性等多元数据进行仿真,形成广州市珠江新城地域的高温风险图谱,直观呈现高温风险的空间布局与特有属性。为了加深对高温热浪危害的理解,构建和完善高温风险的监测、评估和报告系统,以此优化高温热浪灾害预警体系,提供坚实的数据支持与参考。Under the background of global climate change,the frequent occurrence of extreme high temperature events,coupled with the impact of urban heat island effect,makes high-density urban areas face severe heat risk challenges.In order to improve the ability of high-density urban areas to cope with heat risks,this paper takes Guangzhou Zhujiang New Town as an example to discuss the effective strategies for the identification and assessment of heat risks under high-temperature heat waves.Firstly,it summarizes the features and differences of urban heat risks in different regions,and then discusses the environmental elements and action paths that affect the spatial distribution pattern of high-temperature risks in depth.Secondly,in order to establish a high temperature risk assessment model and to identify the core indicators,the paper uses ArcGIS,entropy weight method and other technical methods to simulate the multiple data of Zhujiang New Town,including the meteorological condition,population density,and surface features,etc.,and then forms a risk zoning map for Zhujiang New Town of Guangzhou,which intuitively presents the spatial distribution and special features of the high temperature risks.In order to deepen the understanding on the hazards of high-temperature heat wave,a system has been established and improved to monitor,assess and report the high temperature risks,thus promote the optimization of high-temperature heat wave hazard warm system and providing strong data support and reference.
