摘　　要：作为基础医疗的重要载体,本研究对南京市秦虹社区卫生服务中心进行使用后评价。采用访谈、实地观察和问卷调研等方式,总结和分析了社区卫生服务中心的使用现状、使用特征及使用者满意度评价。基于评估结果,提出以下优化社区卫生服务中心建设的建议:(1)无障碍及适老化设施优化;(2)功能空间组织合理高效;(3)便捷性作为社区卫生服务中心设计的重要指标,并对该评价对象提出具体的改善和优化建议。The community health service center is an important carrier of primary medical care.This paper conducted a post-occupancy evaluation on Qinhong Community Health Center in Nanjing.The interviews,field observations and questionnaires were used to summarize and analyze the current use status,the characteristics of use and the evaluation on user satisfaction of the community health service centers.Based on the evaluation results,the following suggestions for optimizing the construction of community health service centers are put forward:①optimization of barrier-free and elderly-oriented facilities;②rational and efficient organization of functional space;③convenience as an important indicator for the design of community hospitals,as well as specific improvement and optimization suggestions for this evaluation object.
