基于结构方程模型分析的农村安置住房户型设计研究

摘　　要：文章利用结构方程模型(SEM)的分析方法,选取金寨县汤家汇镇为案例研究地区,构建农村集中安置区农民住房户型满意度模型,分析影响农民住房户型满意度的因素。研究发现,农民住房户型满意度与住房的舒适性特征、实用性特征及私密性特征呈显著正相关。基于上述研究结果,从优化集中安置区住房户型的角度提出几点策略,以期为农村集中安置区住房户型设计和提高农民生活质量提供一定的参考。This paper uses the analysis method of the structural equation modeling,selects Tangjiahui Town in Jinzhai County as a case for study,constructs a model for the layout satisfaction of the centralized rural resettlement housing,and analyzes the factors influencing the layout satisfaction of the rural housing.It is found that the layout satisfaction of the rural housing is positively correlated with the comfortable features,practical features and private features of the housing.Based on the above research results,the paper puts forward several strategies from the perspective of the layout of the centralized resettlement housing,with a view to provide a reference for the layout design of the centralized rural resettlement housing as well as for the improvement of the living quality of the farmers.
