摘 要:建筑外窗作为分隔室内外空间的重要围护结构,其空气声隔声性能对室内声环境起重要作用。通过对影响外窗隔声量的因素进行分析,结果表明:在其他因素相同的情况下,窗的开启方式对隔声量影响最大,其次为窗框型材,玻璃类型影响最小。此外,对外窗设计原则进行总结,以隔声为目的的外窗选型应充分考虑建筑室外声环境、室内允许噪声级限值要求进行隔声量计算,结合不同窗的隔声性能特点,选择隔声量适当、经济适用的建筑外窗。最后,以某办公建筑隔声降噪改造工程为例,阐述了隔声窗设计选型的步骤和要点,为建筑外窗的隔声降噪提供了一种适用可行的方法。The exterior window of the building is an important enclosure structure that separates indoor and outdoor spaces,and its airborne sound insulation performance plays an important role in the indoor sound environment.This paper analyzes the factors that affect the sound insulation of exterior windows.The results show that when other influencing factors are the same,the opening method has the greatest impact on the insulated sound,followed by the window frame profile,and the glass specifications,which have the least impact.In addition,the design principles for the exterior windows are summarized.The selection of exterior windows for the purpose of sound insulation should fully consider the outdoor sound environment of the building and the indoor allowable noise level limit,calculate the sound insulation,and select economical and applicable exterior windows for the building with appropriate sound insulation in combination with the sound insulation performance characteristics of different windows.In the end,taking a sound insulation renovation project of an office building as an example,the paper elaborates on the steps and key points for the design and selection of sound insulation windows,which provides a feasible and applicable method for the sound insulation and noise reduction of the exterior windows of the building.
