摘 要:为研究多聚磷酸(PPA)与热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)复合改性沥青的改性机理及性能,对不同沥青试样采用红外光谱和扫描电镜试验分析其改性机理,用差示扫描量热和热重试验评价相转变后的热力学性质和热稳定性。结果表明:复合改性沥青的改性机理为化学改性,反应产物氨基聚磷酸酯和微观结构的变化对Jamming转变的影响均有利于低温性能的改善;PPA使复合改性沥青较TPU改性沥青更接近均相体系,这种改变能降低复合改性沥青的玻璃化转变温度,但对热稳定性能不利。In order to study the modification mechanism and performance of polyphosphoric acid(PPA)and thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU)composite modified asphalt,the modification mechanism of different asphalt samples was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy,and the thermodynamic properties and thermal stability of phase transition were evaluated by differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetry.The results show that the modification mechanism of the composite modified asphalt is chemical modification,and the effect of the reaction product aminopolyphosphate and the change of microstructure on the Jamming transition are conducive to the improvement of low-temperature performance.PPA makes the composite modified asphalt be closer to the homogeneous system than TPU modified asphalt.This change can reduce the glass transition temperature of the composite modified asphalt,but it is detrimental to the thermal stability.
