摘  要:文章以某现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构(局部钢结构)及钢连廊结构抗震鉴定与结构抗震计算分析为主要内容。通过对现场检测数据分析,以及对该结构整体建模进行结构抗震复核验算,对该项目抗震性能进行综合评价。通过对此楼的鉴定及结构抗震计算分析得出安全准确的鉴定结论,作为鉴定机构应该熟练使用结构计算软件,并合理应用有关结构设计、施工、鉴定等相关规范,正确分析计算结果。The main contents of seismic identification and structural seismic calculation analysis for a cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame structure(local steel structure)with steel connecting corridor are studied.By analyzing on-site inspection data and conducting seismic review calculations on the overall modeling of the structure,a comprehensive evaluation on the seismic performance of the project is conducted.Through the appraisal on this building and the analysis on its structural seismic resistance calculation,a safe and accurate appraisal conclusion is drawn.As an appraisal institution,one should be proficient in using structural calculation software and reasonably apply relevant specifications for structural design,construction,appraisal,etc.,and correctly analyze the calculation results.Only in this way can our appraisal report be accurate and valuable.
