摘  要:在现代工程管理中,全生命周期成本管理(life cycle costing, LCC)备受瞩目。其中,建筑信息模型(building information modelling, BIM)作为一种先进的数字化技术,正在逐渐改变市政工程的管理方式。文章以房建基坑工程为例,深入探讨基于BIM的市政工程全过程成本管理路径,旨在优化工程造价方向的决策,提升项目经济效益,并促进工程管理水平的整体提高。通过BIM技术的应用,可以实现对工程设计、施工等各个阶段成本的精准控制,从而实现资源的最优化配置,降低全生命周期成本,增强项目的可持续发展能力。In modern engineering management,Life Cycle Costing(LCC)has attracted much attention.Among them,Building Information Modeling(BIM),as an advanced digital technology,is gradually changing the management method of municipal engineering.This paper takes the construction pit project as an example,and explores in depth the whole process cost management path of the municipal engineering based on BIM,aiming to optimize the decision-making of the engineering cost direction,to improve project economic benefits,and to promote the overall improvement of engineering management level.Through the application of BIM technology,precise cost control can be achieved in various stages such as engineering design,construction,etc.,thereby optimizing resource allocation,reducing full lifecycle costs,and enhancing the sustainable development capability of projects.
