摘　　要：文章主要探讨了基于盘扣式脚手架的施工现场安全管理问题。针对盘扣式脚手架的特点和应用场景,详细阐述了盘扣式脚手架施工安全管理的关键要素,包括禁止超重物堆放与集中堆载,结构施工进度与脚手架搭设,安全帽、安全带和安全交底,特种操作证要求与交叉作业防护,高处作业人员要求与装备,以及安全网的架设与规范等方面。同时,文章也讨论了盘扣式脚手架维护与作业规范,包括杂物禁止堆放与清理、安全隐患的及时处理与报告、事故应急与伤亡事故处理,以及成品保护与施工现场设施保养。最后,文章强调了安全培训与意识提升的重要性,并提出了具体的实施方法和策略。This paper primarily discusses the issues concerning safety management on construction sites based on coupler scaffolding.Considering the characteristics and application scenarios of coupler scaffolding,the paper elaborates on the key elements for the construction safety management of coupler scaffolding,including the prohibition of overloading and centralized stacking of materials,coordination between structural construction progress and scaffolding erection,utilization of safety helmets,safety harnesses,and safety briefings,requirements for special operation permits and protection against simultaneous operations,qualifications and equipment for personnel working at heights,as well as the installation and standards of safety nets.Additionally,this paper addresses the maintenance and operational standards of coupler scaffolding,including the prohibition and clearance of debris,prompt handling and reporting of safety hazards,emergency response and management of accidents and casualties,and protection of finished products and maintenance of construction site facilities.Finally,the paper emphasizes the significance of safety training and awareness enhancement,and proposes the specific implementation methods and strategies.
