摘　　要：在城市化建设大体系中,城市综合管廊管理工作充分利用地下空间部分,将多种管线集中为一体,其中就采用了EPC模式进行管理。EPC模式希望在统一管理与维护过程中对地下空间项目进行综合管理,达到优化管理的目的。文章采用理论研究法与案例分析法两种研究方法,深入探讨EPC模式下的地下空间项目管理的工作内容。W地下空间项目借助EPC模式解决了项目成本控制难度高、项目协调工程量大、项目设计控制能力低、项目总承包商风险过大的问题,充分发挥了EPC工程总承包项目的设计优势,也实现了W项目中的EPC工程总承包项目协同管理目标,充分证明EPC工程总承包项目施工管理的重要价值。In the large-scale urbanization construction system,the management of urban comprehensive pipe galleries fully utilizes the underground space,which integrates various pipelines into one,and adopts the EPC general contracting mode for management.In the EPC mode,it is hoped that underground space projects can be established and maintained in a unified management and maintenance process for comprehensive management,achieving the goal of comprehensive and optimized management.Therefore,this paper adopts two research methods,theoretical research method and case analysis method,to deeply explore the contents of underground space project management under the EPC mode.The W underground space project has solved problems,such as high costs,difficult construction management coordination,low project design control capabilities,and excessive risks for the general contractor through the EPC model,fully leverages the design advantages of EPC engineering general contracting projects and achieves the collaborative management goals of EPC engineering general contracting projects in W project,and fully demonstrates the important value of construction management in EPC engineering general contracting projects.
