摘　　要：建筑暖通工程作为建筑结构中不可或缺的重要组成部分,对于建筑整体的使用效果与居住舒适度有重要影响,因此必须确保其质量水平。基于此,文章结合实际项目案例,介绍建筑暖通工程中的施工要点,包括了设备安装施工、管道安装、通风工程施工、地热工程施工、保温工程施工及风口安装施工技术要点。在质量控制措施方面,文章提出做好施工前的准备工作、科学调配人力资源、施工验收和提高工程信息化水平等建议。通过这些措施,可以有效保障暖通工程的施工质量,提高建筑的舒适度和能源利用效率,希望能够为相关施工单位及工作人员提供参考。Building HVAC engineering,as an indispensable and important component of building structures,plays a significant role in the overall usability and living comfort of buildings.Therefore,it is necessary to ensure its quality.Based on this,combining with practical project cases,this paper first introduces the key construction points for building HVAC engineering,including equipment installation and construction,pipeline installation,ventilation engineering construction,geothermal engineering construction,insulation engineering construction,as well as the key technical points for the installation and construction of wind outlets.In terms of quality control measures,the paper proposes suggestions,such as preparing well for construction,scientifically allocating human resources,conducting construction acceptance,and improving the engineering informatization,and so on.Through these measures,the construction quality of HVAC engineering can be effectively guaranteed,and the comfort and energy utilization efficiency of buildings can be improved.It is hoped that this paper can provide a reference for relevant construction units and personnel.
