摘　　要：目的 探究风险防范护理对行无抽搐电休克(MECT)治疗精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响。方法 于2022年1月~2023年12月择取本院100例行MECT治疗精神分裂症患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分组(对照组:常规护理;观察组:在对照组基础上采用风险防范护理),每组50例,对比各组精神分裂症认知功能成套测试共识版(MCCB)、精神分裂症阳性症状评定量表(SAPS)、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、自我感受负担量表(SPBS)、恐惧程度。结果 两组干预后MCCB评分对比有差异(P<0.05);观察组干预后MCCB评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预后SPBS评分、HAMA评分对比有差异(P<0.05);观察组干预后恐惧程度低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在对行MECT治疗精神分裂症患者施护时,风险防范护理干预可缓解其焦虑、恐惧心理,减轻自我感受负担,提升认知功能。Objective To explore the impact of risk prevention nursing on cognitive function in patients with schizophrenia undergoing modified electroconvulsive therapy(MECT).Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,100 patients with schizophrenia treated with MECT in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and grouped according to the random number table method(control group:routine nursing;observation group:risk prevention care was adopted on the basis of the control group),50 cases in each group,were compared with MATRICS consensus cognitive battery(MCCB),scale for assessment of positive symptoms(SAPS),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),self-perceived burden scale(SPBS)and fear degree in each group.Results There were differences in MCCB scores between the two groups after intervention(P<0.05).The MCCB score of observation group was lower than that of control group after intervention(P<0.05).There were differences in SPBS scores and HAMA scores between the two groups after intervention(P<0.05).The fear degree of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the care of patients with schizophrenia treated with MECT,risk prevention nursing intervention can relieve anxiety and fear,reduce self-perceived burden,improve cognitive function.
