治疗恐惧对专业心理求助态度的影响:状态焦虑的中介作用

摘　　要：目的 探讨大学生治疗恐惧、状态焦虑以及专业心理求助态度之间的关系,并考察状态焦虑在治疗恐惧与专业心理求助态度之间的中介作用。方法 选取安徽省内的922名大学生为调查对象,采用简版状态焦虑量表、寻求专业性心理帮助的态度量表和心理治疗想法量表进行度量分析。结果 数据分析结果表明,大学生治疗恐惧与专业心理求助态度呈显著负相关(r=-0.155,P<0.01),与状态焦虑呈显著正相关(r=0.285,P<0.01),状态焦虑与专业心理求助态度呈显著负相关(r=-0.215,P<0.01)。中介分析表明,状态焦虑在治疗恐惧与专业心理求助态度之间起部分中介作用,中介效应占31.33%。结论 治疗恐惧不仅直接影响大学生的专业心理求助态度,也可以通过状态焦虑间接影响专业心理求助态度。Objective To explore the relationship between treatment fearfulness,state anxiety and attitude toward professional psychological seeking help of college students,and to investigate the mediating role of state anxiety between treatment fearfulness and attitude toward professional psychological seeking help.Methods Select 922 college students in Anhui Province as the research subjects,and use the state anxiety scale,the attitudes toward seeking professional psychological help scale and the thoughts about psychotherapy survey for measurement and analysis.Results Data analysis results indicated that treatment fearfulness among college students is significantly negatively correlated with attitude toward professional psychological help(r=-0.155,P<0.01),and significantly positively correlated with state anxiety(r=0.285,P<0.01),while state anxiety is significantly negatively correlated with attitude toward professional psychological help(r=-0.215,P<0.01).The mediating analysis showed that state anxiety played a partial mediating role between treatment fearfulness and attitude toward professional psychological seeking help,and the mediating effect accounted for 31.33%.Conclusion Treatment fearfulness not only directly affects college students'attitude toward professional psychological help,but also indirectly affects individual it through state anxiety.
