摘　　要：目的 探究血液恶性肿瘤患者的心理体验及应对策略。方法 采用目的抽样的方法,于2023年8月~11月选取中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院收治的12名血液恶性肿瘤患者进行一对一半结构式深入访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法对资料进行分析和提炼。结果 患者心理体验方面提炼出5个主题:经济压力大、角色冲突、病耻感带来的社会疏离、创伤后获益感、恐惧与不确定感。患者应对方面提炼出4个主题:减少日常支出、申请各类救助、间断治疗、返回工作岗位。结论 血液恶性肿瘤患者心理压力较严重,患者难以有效应对。临床护士应关注心理体验,加强人文关怀建设,建议社会、单位加强对血液恶性肿瘤患者的关爱与资助,以帮助患者减少相关困扰。Objective To explore the psychological experience of patients with hematological malignancies.Methods With purposive sampling,12 patients with hematological malignancies admitted to Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University were selected from August to November 2023,and the data were analyzed and refined by Colaizzi 7-step analysis method.Results Five themes were extracted from the psychological experience,mainly including the high economic pressures,the conflict of roles,the social alienation caused by stigma,the sense of benefit after trauma,fear and uncertainty.Four themes were extracted from the patient response,reducing daily expenses,applying for various assistance,intermittent treatment,and returning to work.Conclusion Patients with hematological malignancies have more serious psychological pressure,and it is difficult for patients to respond effectively.Clinical nurses should pay attention to the accumulated psychological experience,strengthen the construction of humanistic care,and suggest that the society and units strengthen the care and funding for patients with hematological malignancies,so as to help patients reduce related problems.
