老年腰椎间盘突出症患者KAP现状调查及其与社会支持、自我效能感的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的 调查老年腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者知识-信念-行为(KAP)现状,分析其与社会支持、自我效能感的相关性。方法 采用横断面调查法,选取2023年7月~2024年7月在滨州医学院附属医院脊柱外科的117例老年LDH患者作为调查对象,对其进行现场纸质问卷调查,所使用的调查工具有一般资料问卷、KAP调查问卷、社会支持问卷、一般自我效能感问卷。结果 老年LDH患者KAP得分为32.19±10.41分,社会支持得分为32.19±10.41分,自我效能感得分为25.00±8.34分。老年LDH患者KAP水平与社会支持、自我效能感均呈正相关(P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析结果显示:患者年龄、文化程度、自理能力、社会支持、自我效能感为老年LDH患者KAP的影响因素。结论 老年LDH患者社会支持、自我效能呈正相关,即其二者水平越高,患者KAP水平亦越高。患者性别、文化程度、自理程度、社会支持及自我效能均为老年LDH患者KAP水平的影响因素。Objective To investigate the status quo of knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)in elderly lumbar disc herniation(LDH)patients and analyze its correlation with social support and general self-efficacy.Methods A cross-sectional survey was used to select 117 elderly LDH patients in the Department of Spine Surgery,Binzhou Medical University Hospital from July 2023 to July 2024 as the survey objects,and the on-site paper questionnaire was conducted,and the survey tools used included general information questionnaire,KAP questionnaire,social support questionnaire and general self-efficacy questionnaire.Results Elderly LDH patients scored KAP was 32.19±10.41,social support was 32.19±10.41 and self-efficacy was 25.00±8.34.The level of KAP in elderly LDH patients was positively correlated with social support and self-efficacy(P<0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,education level,self-care ability,social support and self-efficacy were the influencing factors of KAP in elderly LDH patients.Conclusion There is a positive correlation between social support and self-efficacy in elderly LDH patients,that is,the higher the level of both,the higher the level of KAP.Gender,education level,self-care level,social support and self-efficacy were all influencing factors of KAP level in elderly LDH patients.
