老年体检者心理健康现状及其影响因素、针对性护理策略分析

摘　　要：目的 分析影响老年体检者心理健康的有关因素及针对性护理策略。方法 选取2021年3月~2024年3月于临沂市中医医院行体检的161名老年体检者为研究对象,以焦虑自评量表(SAS)与抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估其心理健康状况;并用临沂市中医医院自制一般资料调查问卷,收集体检者的年龄、性别等资料,探究影响其心理健康状况的高危因素。结果 (1)161名老年体检者中,SAS评分为47.49±3.79分,SDS评分为50.20±4.58分;发生焦虑抑郁的共27例(16.77%),其中焦虑14例(8.70%),抑郁13例(8.07%),共患焦虑抑郁0例;(2)单因素分析显示:性别、婚姻状况、文化程度、基础疾病、居住方式、退休、睡眠质量、身体健康状况与老年体检者的心理健康状况有关(P<0.05);(3)Logistic回归分析显示:女性、无配偶、高中及以下文化、有基础疾病、独居、退休、睡眠质量差、身体健康状况差是老年体检者心理健康状况的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 女性、无配偶、高中及以下文化、有基础疾病、独居、退休、睡眠质量差、身体健康状况差是影响老年体检者心理健康状况的高危因素。Objective To analyze the factors affecting the mental health of elderly physical examination participants and provide targeted nursing strategies.Methods 161 elderly examinees who underwent physical examinations in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2024 were selected as the subjects,and their mental health status was evaluated using the self rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self rating depression scale(SDS);And use our hospital's self-made general information survey questionnaire to collect information on the age,gender,and other factors of the examinees,and explore the high-risk factors that affect their mental health status.Results①Among 161 elderly subjects,SAS score was 47.49±3.79,SDS score was 50.20±4.58;a total of 27 cases(16.77%)suffered from anxiety and depression,including 14 cases(8.70%)of anxiety and 13 cases(8.07%)of depression.②Univariate analysis showed that gender,marital status,education level,basic diseases,living style,retirement,sleep quality and physical health were related to the mental health status of the elderly physical examination subjects(P<0.05).③Logistic regression analysis showed that female,no spouse,high school education or below,underlying disease,living alone,retirement,poor sleep quality and poor physical health were independent risk factors for mental health status of elderly physical examination subjects(P<0.05).Conclusion Women,no spouse,high school education or below,underlying diseases,living alone,retirement,poor sleep quality,and poor physical health are high-risk factors affecting the mental health status of elderly physical examination participants.
