长期高海拔暴露对藏族世居者认知控制能力的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨长期高海拔暴露的藏族世居者间是否存在认知控制能力的改变。方法 2024年5月6日~5月29日,采用多数刺激掩蔽任务(MFT-M),对93名长期居住在不同海拔地区(2 900米、3 700米、4 200米)世居者的认知控制容量(CCC)进行评测,以此判断不同海拔组世居者的认知控制能力的高低。结果 (1)三组不同海拔地区的被试在CCC上存在显著差异(F=16.935,P<0.001)。结果表明海拔越高,个体CCC能力越差,2 900米组的CCC能力最好,4 200米组最差;(2)认知控制容量与血氧饱和度呈显著正相关(r=0.212,P=0.042),且SpO_(2)对CCC具有显著的正向预测作用(P<0.05)。结论 长期高海拔暴露对海拔处于2 900米~4 200米藏族世居者的认知控制能力产生消极影响,海拔越高,正确率越低,反应时间越长,CCC能力下降。Objective To investigate whether there are changes in cognitive control among Tibetan indigenous residents exposed to long-term high altitude.Methods Using the majority function task-masked(MFT-M),the cognitive control capacity(CCC)from May 6 to May 29,2024,93 long-term residents living in different altitude areas(2900 m,3700 m,4200 m)was evaluated to determine the level of cognitive control ability of residents in different altitude groups.Results①There were significant differences in CCC among the three altitude groups(F=16.935,P<0.001).The results indicated that the higher the altitude,the lower the CCC ability,with the 2900 m group having the best CCC ability and the 4200 m group the worst;②CCC was positively correlated with blood oxygen saturation(SpO_(2))(r=0.212,P=0.042),and SpO2 had a significant positive predictive effect on CCC(P<0.05).Conclusion Long-term high altitude exposure has a negative effect on the cognitive control ability of Tibetan residents at an altitude of 2900 m~4200 m.The higher the altitude,the lower the correct rate,the longer the reaction time and the decrease of CCC ability.
