颅底骨折患者心理灵活性与心理资本水平现状分析

摘　　要：目的 对颅底骨折患者心理资本水平进行现状调查并分析其影响因素。方法 挑选本院于2022年1月~2023年12月时间内住院治疗的92名入院患者为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、心理资本问卷及心理灵活性量表对入组颅底骨折患者进行问卷调查。单因素分析结合多元线性回归分析探讨颅底骨折患者心理资本水平的影响因素。结果 (1)颅底骨折患者心理资本得分为102.56±24.22分,心理灵活性27.35±5.86分。(2)心理灵活性与心理资本存在显著相关(r=-0.402,P<0.01)。(3)颅底骨折患者心理资本得分受到自身年龄、性别、受教育程度及心理灵活性水平的综合影响(P<0.05)。结论 颅底骨折患者心理资本处于一般水平。临床工作人员从患者具体情况出发,及时关注颅底骨折患者的心理变化,结合患者心理资本得分,对减少因自身疾病带来的心理健康问题的产生有积极作用。Objective To investigate the status quo of psychological capital in patients with skull base fracture and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 92 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.General data questionnaire,psychological capital questionnaire and mental flexibility scale were used to investigate the patients with skull base fracture.To explore the influencing factors of psychological capital level in patients with skull base fracture by univariate analysis combined with multiple linear regression analysis.Results①The psychological capital score of the patients with skull base fracture was 102.56±24.22 and the psychological flexibility score was 27.35±5.86.②There was a significant correlation between psychological flexibility and psychological capital(r=-0.402,P<0.01).③The psychological capital score of patients with skull base fracture was affected by their age,gender,education level and mental flexibility level(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological capital of patients with skull base fracture is in general level.Starting from the specific situation of patients,clinical staff should pay attention to the psychological changes of patients with skull base fracture in time,combined with the psychological capital score of patients,which has a positive effect on reducing the mental health problems caused by their own diseases.
