摘　　要：目的 探讨艺术表达疗法(EAT)对艾滋病(AIDS)首诊患者心理弹性水平及应对方式的影响。方法 选取长沙市第一医院2023年8月~2024年6月60例AIDS首诊患者。随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组实施常规心理护理,干预组在其基础上加入艺术表达疗法,比较两组患者在情绪状态、心理弹性水平、应对方式等方面的差异。正态计量资料以t检验。结果 干预后,观察组心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);医学应对方式问卷(MCMQ)面对评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),回避、屈服评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对AIDS首诊患者开展艺术表达疗法,可降低患者负性情绪,提高心理弹性,改善其应对方式。Objective To explore the effect of expressive art therapy on resilience and coping style of first-diagnosed acquiredimmune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)patients.Methods A total of 60 patients with AIDS who were diagnosed for the first time in the First Hospital of Changsha from August 2023~June 2024 were enrolled.The random number table method was divided into two groups,with 30 cases.The control group was given routine psychological care,and the intervention group was supplemented with artistic expression therapy,and the differences in emotional state,psychological resilience level,and coping style between the two groups were compared.Normal metrics are t-tested.Results After intervention,the scores of resilience scale(CD-RISC)in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),the scores of anxiety selfrating scale(SAS)and depression self-rating scale(SDS)were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),the face score of the medical coping style questionnaire(MCMQ)was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of avoidance and yield were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Artistic expression therapy for patients with AIDS can reduce negative emotions,improve psychological resilience and improve coping styles.
