摘 要:目的 探究叙事疗法在青春期痤疮患者自我认同构建中的应用。方法 2023年9月~2024年5月,选取在某一中医门诊就诊的60名青春期痤疮患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法,将其分为观察组(n=30)与对照组(n=30),对照组不做心理干预,观察组采用叙事疗法。治疗结束后比较两组患者罗森博格自尊量表得分、一般自我效能感评分、痤疮特异性生活质量量表得分。计数资料采用x^(2)检验,计量资料采用t检验。结果 干预后,观察组自尊量表得分、一般自我效能感得分和痤疮特异性生活质量量表得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 叙事疗法在中重度青春期痤疮患者心理干预中的应用,可有效缓解患者负性情绪,提高患者一般自我效能感,提高患者生活质量。Objective To explore the application of narrative therapy in the self-identity construction of adolescent acne patients.Methods From September 2023 to May 2024,a total of 60 adolescent acne patients treated in a TCM outpatient clinic were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30)by random number table method.The control group did not receive psychological intervention,and the observation group received narrative therapy.Rosenberg self-esteem scale score,general self-efficacy score and acne-specific quality of life scale score were compared between the two groups after treatment.Chi-square test was used for counting data and t-test for measuring data.Results After intervention,the scores of self-esteem scale,general self-efficacy scale and acne-specific quality of life scale in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of narrative therapy in the psychological intervention of moderate and severe adolescent acne patients can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients,improve the general self-efficacy of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
