摘　　要：目的 探究焦点解决护理对胸腰椎骨折患者心理健康的影响。方法 以2022年1月~2023年12月于院内接受诊疗的胸腰椎骨折患者为分析对象,共计80例,按照诊疗先后顺序分为对照组(40例)、观察组(40例),分别以常规手段、焦点解决方法实施两组护理干预,对干预情况进行分析。结果 临床指标方面,两组相比,观察组各项值更佳(P<0.05)。心理健康方面,两组相比,护理前组间无显著差异(P>0.05),护理后观察组各项值更低(P<0.05)。生活质量方面,两组相比,护理前组间无显著差异(P>0.05),护理后观察组各项值更高(P<0.05)。睡眠质量方面,两组相比,护理前组间无显著差异(P>0.05),护理后观察组各项值更低(P<0.05)。结论 在临床护理中实施焦点解决方法,能够对胸腰椎骨折患者心理健康产生积极影响,有利于改善临床指标、生活质量及睡眠质量,为患者提供更为满意的护理方案。Objective To explore the impact of solution-focused nursing on the mental health of patients with thoracolumbar fractures.Methods A total of 80 patients with thoracolumbar vertebral fractures who received diagnosis and treatment in the hospital during the period of January 2022 to December 2023 were analyzed.They were divided into a control group(40 cases)and an observation group(40 cases)according to the order of diagnosis and treatment.Two groups of nursing interventions were implemented using conventional methods and focused solution methods,and the intervention situation was analyzed.Results In terms of clinical indicators,the observation group had better values(P<0.05)compared to the two groups.In terms of mental health,there was no significant difference between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),while the observation group after nursing had lower values(P<0.05).In terms of quality of life,there was no significant difference between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),while the observation group after nursing had higher values(P<0.05).In terms of sleep quality,there was no significant difference between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),while the observation group after nursing had lower values(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing focused solutions in clinical nursing can have a positive impact on the mental health of patients with thoracolumbar vertebral fractures,improve clinical indicators,quality of life,and sleep quality,and provide more satisfactory nursing plans for patients.
