改良森田疗法联合团体认知行为治疗在老年抑郁症患者康复治疗中的效果

摘　　要：目的 分析针对老年抑郁症患者行改良森田疗法联合团体认知行为治疗的效果。方法 对符合纳入及排除标准的抑郁症病患进行甄选,收集时间是2023年1月~2024年2月,所收集的群体为老年人,对68例病患随机分组,以药物为基础干预的进入对照组,搭配改良森田疗法及团体认知行为疗法为观察组,评价不同疗法对患者病情及生活质量等指标的影响。正态计量资料采用t检验,计数资料采用x^(2)检验检验。结果 自抑郁及社会功能、生活质量看,两组比较不满足统计学意义标准(P>0.05);经干预,观察组抑郁值及社会功能值比对照组低,生活质量及有效率比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 老年抑郁症病患在改良森田疗法及团体认知疗法双重干预下,发挥显著的抗病效果,减轻抑郁病症及提升生活质量。Objective To analyze the effect of modified Morita therapy combined with group cognitive-behavioral therapy on elderly patients with depression.Methods Depression patients who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected from January 2023 to February 2024.The collected population was elderly people,and 68 patients were randomly divided into a control group with drug based intervention,and an observation group with modified Morita therapy and group cognitive-behavioral therapy.The effects of different therapies on patients'condition and quality of life were evaluated.The t-test was used for normal measurement data,and the x^(2) test was used for counting data.Results In terms of depression,social functioning,and quality of life,the comparison between the two groups did not meet the statistical significance criteria(P>0.05).After intervention,the depression and social function values of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the quality of life and effectiveness rate were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the dual intervention of improved Morita therapy and group cognitive therapy,elderly patients with depression show significant anti disease effects,alleviate depressive symptoms,and improve their quality of life.
