整合式心理干预对抑郁症患者的影响分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨整合式心理干预在调节抑郁症患者自杀倾向及改善其生存质量中所起到的作用。方法 选取本院精神科在2022年1月~2024年3月间接收的62例经临床检查明确的抑郁症患者,分成两组(随机数字表法,各31例),对照组采取常规护理措施,观察组加用整合式心理干预,对比两组下列各项指标:(1)抑郁心理[汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)];(2)自我感受负担[自我感受负担量表(SPBS)];(3)自杀倾向评分[贝克抑郁自评量表(BDI)];(4)护理依从性;(5)生存质量[生活质量测定量表(QOL)]。正态计量资料采用t检验,计数资料采用x^(2)检验。结果 观察组与对照组进行比较(出院前),HAMD、SPBS、BDI评分均更低(P<0.05),QOL评分更高(P<0.05)。观察组护理依从率(96.77%)较对照组(74.19%)高(P<0.05)。结论 针对抑郁症患者,通过开展整合式心理干预,能改善其抑郁心理,减轻自我感受负担,纠正自杀倾向,提高护理依从性,提高生存质量。Objective To explore the role of integrated psychological intervention in regulating suicidal tendencies and improving the quality of life of patients with depression.Methods 62 patients with depression confirmed by clinical examination were selected from the psychiatric department of our hospital between January 2022 and March 2024,and divided into two groups(random number table method,31 cases in each group).The control group received routine nursing measures,and the observation group received integrated psychological intervention.The following indicators were compared between the two groups:①depressive psychology[Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD)];②self perceived burden scale(SPBS);③suicide propensity score[Beck depression inventory(BDI)];④nursing compliance;⑤quality of life[quality of life scale(QOL)].Normal measurement data were tested by t test,count data were tested by x^(2).Results Compared with the control group(before discharge),the observation group had lower HAMD,SPBS,and BDI scores(P<0.05),and higher QOL scores(P<0.05).The observation group had a specific nursing compliance rate of 96.77%,which was significantly higher than the control group(74.19%)(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with depression,integrated psychological intervention can improve their depressive psychology,reduce self perceived burden,correct suicidal tendencies,improve nursing compliance,and enhance their quality of life.
