基于渐进式精神康复理念的综合护理对康复期精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨在精神分裂症康复期为其提供基于渐进式精神康复理念的综合护理价值。方法 2021年4月~2022年4月本院收治的68例康复期精神分裂症患者进行研究,对68例患者资料进行采集,以随机数字表法分两组,一组合计34例接受常规治疗与健康教育(对照组),二组合计34例在常规治疗与健康教育基础上合并基于渐进式精神康复理念的综合护理(观察组)。以SPSS软件就生活质量、精神症状、社会功能、心理状态进行统计。结果 护理后,观察组生活质量、社会功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组精神症状评分、抑郁评分、焦虑评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在精神分裂症康复期,为其提供基于渐进式精神康复理念的综合护理可改善患者心理状态及精神状态,提升其生活质量及社会功能。Objective To explore the value of comprehensive nursing based on the concept of progressive mental rehabilitation in schizophrenia rehabilitation period.Methods From April 2021 to April 2022,68 patients with convalescent schizophrenia admitted to our hospital were studied.Data of 68 patients were collected and divided into two groups by random number table method.A combination of 34 patients received conventional treatment and health education(control group).Two combinations of 34 cases were combined with conventional treatment and health education combined with comprehensive nursing based on the concept of progressive mental rehabilitation(observation group).Statistical analyses of quality of life,psychiatric symptoms,social functioning and mental status were performed using SPSS software.Results After nursing,the scores of quality of life and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the scores of mental symptoms,Hamilton depression scale and Hamilton anxiety scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the rehabilitation of schizophrenia,comprehensive care based on the concept of progressive mental rehabilitation can improve the patients'mental and psychological state,improve the quality of life and social function.
