团体心理治疗在精神分裂症患者康复期护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探究团体心理治疗在精神分裂症患者康复期护理中的应用效果。方法 选择符合此次试验纳入及排除标准的精神分裂症患者84例展开试验,试验起止时间为2021年6月~2023年6月,依据就诊的先后顺序将患者分为例数相同的对照组和试验组,各42例。对照组患者给予常规抗精神病药物治疗及康复治疗,试验组患者在常规药物治疗及康复治疗基础上进行团体心理治疗,对两组患者取得的治疗效果展开对比分析。正态计量资料以t检验。结果 治疗4个月后,经对两组患者阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、自我和谐量表(SCCS)及精神分裂症患者生活质量量表(SQLS)评分加以统计,统计结果与干预前展开比较,均呈现降低状态,且试验组患者的降低幅度大于对照组患者(P<0.05);经对两组患者蒙特利尔认知量表(MoCA)、简易精神状态检查量表(MMES)及个人和社会功能量表(PSP)评分加以统计,统计结果与干预前展开比较,均呈现升高状态,且试验组患者的升高幅度大于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论 在抗精神病药物治疗的基础上对患者开展团体心理治疗能够显著缓解患者精神分裂症状及疾病严重程度,促进患者认知功能的恢复,提高患者社会功能及生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of group psychotherapy in the rehabilitation nursing of patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 84 patients with schizophrenia who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this trial were selected for the trial,and the trial was conducted from June 2021 to June 2023.According to the order of treatment,the patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group with the same number of cases,42 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional antipsychotic drugs and rehabilitation treatment,while the patients in the experimental group were treated with group psychotherapy on the basis of conventional drug treatment and rehabilitation treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.The t test was used for normal measurement data.Results After 4 months of treatment,the positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS),brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS),self-concordance scale(SCCS)and schizophrenia patient life quality scale(SQLS)scores were statistically analyzed,and the statistical results were compared with those before intervention,showing a decreased state.The reduction range of the study group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).The Montreal cognitive scale(MoCA),mini-mental state examination(MMES)and personal and social performance scale(PSP)scores of the two groups were statistically analyzed,and the statistical results were compared with those before intervention,showing an increased state.The increase range of the study group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Group psychotherapy on the basis of antipsychotic treatment can significantly alleviate the symptoms and severity of schizophrenia,promote the recovery of cognitive function,improve the social function and quality of life of patients.
