大学生网络社交场域中的“微载体”表达性写作与情绪感知的关系研究

摘　　要：目的 了解大学生的表达性写作现状,探究其在“微载体”中的表达性写作、情绪感知与正性情绪间的关联。方法 2023年10月~2023年12月,对随机抽样的安徽某高校707名大学生采用正性情绪量表(PANAS)、大学生社交媒介表达性写作量表、大学生社交媒介表达性情绪感知量表和个人背景量表进行问卷调研并进行数据分析。采用描述性分析、相关性分析、回归分析、中介分析等方式进行结果验证。结果 (1)情绪感知与表达性写作、正性情绪存在显著的正相关(P<0.05),情绪感知与正性情绪也存在显著的正相关(P<0.05);(2)表达性写作在情绪感知与正性情绪之间起中介作用,效应占为32.23%。结论 情绪感知影响大学生正性情绪,且部分影响通过表达性写作起作用。Objective To understand the current situation of college students'expressive writing and explore the relationship between expressive writing,emotion perception and positive emotion in the"micro-carrier".Methods From October 2023 to December 2023,a random sample of 707 college students in Anhui Province were surveyed by using the positive and negative affective scale(PANAS),the social media expressive writing scale,the social media expressive emotion perception scale and the personal background Scale,and the data were analyzed.Descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and mediation analysis were used to verify the results.Results①Emotion perception was significantly positively correlated with expressive writing and positive emotion(P<0.05),and emotion perception was also significantly positively correlated with positive emotion(P<0.05).②Expressive writing plays a mediating role between emotion perception and positive emotion,accounting for 32.23%.Conclusion The emotional perception affects the positive emotions of college students,and part of the influence is through expressive writing.
