耳鼻喉外科手术患者心理压力水平及相关影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的 探究耳鼻喉外科手术患者的心理负担,并识别导致这些心理压力的关键因素。方法 本项研究运用横断面研究设计,通过便利抽样方式,从2022年1月~2024年1月在我院接受耳鼻喉外科手术的316名患者中抽取样本。研究中使用问卷量表来评估患者的心理压力水平、对疾病知识的了解程度、对护理服务的满意度、心理弹性以及家庭支持程度,并进行数据的统计分析患者术后心理压力水平及影响因素。结果 (1)310例患者CPSS评分为26.87±7.03分。(2)不同人均收入水平、对疾病知识的了解程度、护理服务的满意度、心理弹性以及家庭关怀度的患者之间,CPSS评分存在统计学上的显著差异(P<0.05)。(3)CPSS评分与家庭月收入、疾病知识掌握程度、护理满意度、心理弹性评分以及家庭关怀度评分之间显示出显著的负相关关系(P<0.001)。(4)家庭月收入、疾病知识掌握程度、护理满意度、心理弹性以及家庭关怀度均是影响患者心理压力的显著因素(P<0.05)。结论 耳鼻喉外科手术后的患者普遍承受着较高的心理压力,心理压力的影响因素涵盖了家庭月收入、对疾病知识的了解程度、护理服务的满意度、心理弹性以及家庭支持程度,其中护理服务的满意度对心理压力的影响尤为显著。因此,在临床治疗中,医护人员应综合考虑这些因素,为患者提供适宜的心理支持和干预。Objective To investigate the level of psychological stress in patients undergoing otolaryngological surgery and analyze its influencing factors.Methods This study was a cross-sectional investigation.316 patients undergoing otolaryngology surgery in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected by convenience sampling method.The psychological pressure,disease knowledge,nursing satisfaction,resilience and family care of patients were measured by scale,and the level of postoperative psychological pressure and its influencing factors were analyzed.Results①CPSS score of 310 patients was 26.87±7.03.②CPSS scores of patients with different per capita income,disease knowledge,nursing satisfaction,resilience and family care were significantly different(P<0.05).③CPSS score was negatively correlated with family monthly income,disease knowledge,nursing satisfaction,mental resilience and family caring score(P<0.001).④Family monthly income,disease knowledge,nursing satisfaction,resilience and family care were the influencing factors of psychological stress(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological stress level of patients with ENT surgery is higher,monthly family income,disease knowledge,nursing satisfaction,resilience and family care are the influencing factors of psychological stress of patients,and nursing satisfaction has a greater impact on psychological stress.In clinical practice,patients should be given reasonable psychological counseling based on the above factors.
