胸腰椎骨折术后患者社会支持、心理弹性与睡眠质量的关系研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨胸腰椎骨折术后患者社会支持、心理弹性与睡眠质量的关系。方法 对96例胸腰椎骨折术后患者通过问卷调查形式进行调查,采用自行设计的患者一般资料调查表、领悟社会支持量表、心理弹性量表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表进行问卷调查。结果 胸腰椎骨折术后患者社会支持得分45.14±15.35分,心理弹性得分51.57±21.70分,睡眠质量得分9.90±4.99分。社会支持、心理弹性与睡眠质量均呈负相关(r=-0.824,P<0.01;r=-0.785,P<0.01)。患者婚姻情况、受教育程度、社会支持、心理弹性均为胸腰椎骨折术后患者心理弹性的影响因素。结论 胸腰椎骨折术后患者社会支持、心理弹性与睡眠质量呈负相关,日后医护人员可有针对性通过社会支持及心理弹性方面进行干预,以期提升患者睡眠质量,进而促进患者康复效果。Objective To explore the relationship between social support,resilience and sleep quality in patients after thoracolumbar fracture.Methods 96 patients with thoracolumbar fracture after surgery were investigated by questionnaire,using self-designed patient general data questionnaire,perceptive social support scale,resilience scale and Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale.Results The scores of social support,mental resilience and sleep quality were 45.14±15.35,51.57±21.70 and 9.90±4.99 respectively.Social support,mental resilience and sleep quality were negatively correlated(r=-0.824,P<0.01;r=-0.785,P<0.01).Marital status,education level,social support and mental resilience of patients after thoracolumbar fracture were all factors influencing mental resilience.Conclusion Social support and mental resilience of patients after thoracolumbar fracture are negatively correlated with sleep quality.In the future,medical staff can make targeted interventions through social support and mental resilience in order to improve the sleep quality of patients and promote the rehabilitation effect of patients.
